Moreover, the Company will work to disclose information outside the scope of information disclosure based on the timely disclosure regulations on its official website in cases where it discloses such information.
The Company will publish securities reports and the like based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act through the Electronic Disclosure for Investors’ NETwork (hereinafter the “EDINET”) offered by the Financial Services Agency.
Descriptions about the future, such as results forecasts, in materials disclosed by the Company are based on business conditions and information accessible at the point of their disclosure and certain assumptions the Company judges to be rational.
