Support for the 2016 Setouchi Triennale

TOKYO BIJUTSU

Support for the 2016 Setouchi Triennale

In fiscal 2013, TOKYO BIJUTSU formed the TOKYO BIJUTSU Volunteer Team (TVT), which volunteers at art festivals held across Japan. Through these volunteer activities, members of TVT have experienced and been moved by contemporary art. These activities also allow TVT members to gain an appreciation for protecting the beauty of nature and to interact with the people they meet at various art festivals. Among these festivals, TVT has been enthusiastic about continuously participating in the management of “Setouchi Triennale,” rather than only providing temporary assistance. Accordingly, from FY2016, Tokyo Bijutsu has become an official sponsor of the festival. Going forward, TOKYO BIJUTSU will continue to work vigorously to support art festivals and engage in activities that raise the morale of each of its employees.
