CSR Report 2016

Editorial Policy

The Citizen Group publishes a CSR report so that all stakeholders can be aware of its CSR initiatives.

The CSR Report 2016 is based on our “Report on Activities Aligned with ISO 26000,” and the Data section introduces yearly environmental management activity goals, performance, and indices. Additionally, our website presents a comprehensive overview of our CSR activities, with a particular focus on our various initiatives to contribute to the society.

As a special feature, the CSR Report 2016 introduces the process of value creation for the whole Citizen Group. The report focuses on the value that we provide to our customers, society, and employees through our business, detailing our initiatives toward the development of a sustainable society.
